Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Jello Shots Recipe ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. ยง 512, and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notification.
It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. As part of our response, we may remove or disable access to material residing on our site that is claimed to be infringing. When we remove or disable access to material as a result of a DMCA notice, we will make a good faith attempt to contact the owner or administrator of the affected site or content so that they may make a counter-notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.
Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that material available on Jello Shots Recipe infringes on your copyright, please send a written notification of the infringement that contains the following information (DMCA Notice):

Submitting a Counter-Notification

- Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full legal name).
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., URL(s) of the specific page(s) on Jello Shots Recipe).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Jello Shots Recipe may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
